After interning at Silvertree Capital during his iX Summer program in Cape Town back in 2017, Erik graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 before going on to work at McKinsey (and later became a Senior Business Analyst as well as a Social Responsibility Fellow). He is now an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School. Over the years, Erik has TA'd multiple iX Management Consulting programs, and has been involved in numerous recruiting intakes at McKinsey. He's passionate about bringing positive impact to the projects he works on and people he works with.
